Every study of the job market or the housing market I have ever seen confirms the existence of persistent and blatant discrimination against African-Americans. This latest study by the Discrimination Research Center is no different, unfortunately.
Temporary employment agencies in California show significant preference for white applicants by 3-1 over African Americans In undercover tests conducted by the Discrimination Research Center (DRC).By ratios of 4-1 in Los Angeles and more than 2-1 in San Francisco, agencies favored white job applicants over slightly higher qualified African American applicants. "African Americans seeking temporary work received less consideration in the form of fewer offers and less desirable jobs," said John Trasviña, Director of the DRC.
The results come from 64 tests of San Francisco and Los Angeles temporary employment agencies conducted between May and November, 2003 involving specially matched pairs of white and African American job applicants.

These statistics can be viewed in a variaty of ways without coming to the conclusion that white america as a whole is a discriminating institution.
People want to make money. They want sound investments. They want to do business with those least likely to despise them. I am no racist, I am not white. But it does not take much to look around at American society to see that Black America is rapidly becoming a "vapid" culture. When bussinesmen and women see that Black culture embraces dancing, sex, crime and music more then it does discipline, respect and courage you will have very many judgement calls against blacks who may or may not buy into modern "black culture". These judgements cannot be changed through law or education. They must be changed by the black community. Stop chastising succesful black people who wear suits as "too white". Stop listening to your CDs and start reading books. Dont read only books by Blacks, read books by Asians, Europeans, Americans and Africans. Learn. Be respectful. Show courtesy. Show discipline. Then you will have your applications granted, your due respect given and your happines as a reward.
Dont do it for Whites, Asian Americans or money. Do it because there are many great black people out here that ARE this way and they unavoidable get labelled with the rest of you who are hellbent on turning Black culture into a legal crime wave.
