Cal Day 2004 was everything we had hoped for. Last year's theme turned out to be archeology. This year, in spite of an assumption that we would focus on palentology and biology, the themes turned out to be engineering, physics, and robots, robots, robots. A great time was had by all. I put up a few photos we took in a public photo gallery, and for the family, a few more in a private photo gallery. Enjoy.

Thanks to hernia repair at the Veterans Administration hospital in Syracuse, New York, I'm sending this comment a few days late.
Well, with any luck, I too will get mentioned in the Wall Street Journal for appending comments like this to entries such as yours.
